Job summary

Boyd Gaming Corporation is seeking a friendly guest services associate to enroll new members and service existing members. You will assist guests with accounts, point redemptions, promotions entries and other questions to ensure a favorable gaming experience.

Represent the company courteously, maintain knowledge of the player tracking system, enroll guests in the players club, issue membership cards, and support events and promotions.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Working knowledge of computers and player tracking system.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by enrolling new members and servicing existing members.
• Assist guests with accounts, point redemption, promotion entries, and any other questions to ensure favorable gaming experience.
• Enroll guests in players club using computerized system; issue membership cards and update account with proper ID.
• Assist with and have knowledge of all special events and promotional activities.
• Maintain adequate inventory levels of player’s club equipment, supplies, and promotional items.
