Qualifications

• 21 years of age minimum.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years in customer service.
• Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work flexible schedule.
• Proficient with word processing, spreadsheets, databases, email, and player tracking systems.
• Able to obtain required certifications/licenses.

Responsibilities

• Encourage customer retention and loyalty and recruit new Players' Club memberships.
• Increase rated play and attend to guests' needs on the casino floor.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote Players' Club benefits and events.
• Instruct customers on the Players' Club point system and the proper use of the club card.
• Assist Casino and Slot Hosts with Player development efforts and events.
