Qualifications

• Must have at least a high school diploma or GED.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Flexible scheduling availability.
• Proficiency with basic office software and player tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and promote Players' Club benefits and events.
• Recruit new customers and enhance existing relationships via direct mail, telemarketing, and written correspondence.
• Instruct customers on the Players' Club point system and prize awards.
• Assist Casino and Slot Hosts with Player development efforts and events.
