Job summary

The Lot Attendant at Towne Park provides attentive hospitality while accurately collecting and reconciling revenue and parking reports. You will park and retrieve guest vehicles, follow Towne Park policies, and safeguard guest information with a courteous, proactive approach.

Strong emphasis on customer service, quick navigation of guest needs, and efficiency in daily tasks such as handling keys, stack operations, and shift reporting. This role is on-site at our Boston, MA location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must pass criminal background check and drug screen; valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• 1-3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and write standard English.
• Must be able to drive manual transmission and perform parallel parking.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with guests and staff.
• Acknowledge and greet guests promptly and provide directions and inquiries.
• Safely stack and retrieve vehicles following standards; secure keys.
• Accurately collect and reconcile revenue; prepare shift reports and receipts.
• Maintain guest folio records and inventory for billing purposes.
