Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking a Lot Attendant to ensure accurate revenue and parking reporting while delivering friendly, efficient hospitality to guests during their stay. When stacking is needed, you will park and retrieve vehicles following Towne Park standards and policies.

Your duties include greeting guests, answering inquiries, maintaining confidentiality, and upholding security and service quality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must pass criminal background check and drug screen.
• Must be 18+ with valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain revenue and parking report accuracy and reconciliation.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles when stacking is required.
• Provide exceptional hospitality and guest service at all times.
• Adhere to Towne Park parking policies and procedures.
• Greet guests and assist with directions and inquiries.
