Job summary

Towne Park LLC in Melrose, MA is seeking a Lot Attendant who delivers friendly hospitality while accurately collecting and reconciling revenue and parking reports. You will assist guests, park and retrieve vehicles, and uphold Towne Park’s policies during shifts from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm, Monday through Friday, ensuring a safe and positive guest experience.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 months of related experience, a valid driver's license, the ability to drive a manual transmission, and familiarity

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• 1–3 months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of customer service.
• Skills: Customer service experience preferred; Register/Computer experience preferred.
• Must be able to drive manual transmission and perform parallel parking.
• Must be able to read and write standard English and basic instructions.

Responsibilities

• Maintains pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with guests and staff.
• Assists guests with directions and inquiries; uses Towne Park phone etiquette.
• Stacks and retrieves vehicles according to Towne Park standards; secures keys.
• Collects revenue and categorizes tickets for audit; completes shift reports.
• Operates register/POS and other equipment; follows bank procedures.
• Obtains information about daily events and guest rates; maintains folios and vehicle inventory.
