Job summary

KW Property Management LLC is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily operations of the amenity, including Security and Receiving, and serve as the primary liaison between the client and KWPM services. The role emphasizes professional client service, timeliness, and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities include policy development for security/receiving, resident relations, and interdepartmental coordination. Strong English communication is essential; Spanish/Portuguese is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience with MS Office and standard office software.
• High school diploma required; college degree or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Primary focus: act as extension of the Management Office; develop and update policies for Security and Receiving.
• Secondary focus: ensure residents enjoy building aesthetics, privacy, services and amenities, and build positive relationships.
• Act as chief of protocol to coordinate security, front desk, valet, maintenance, housekeeping and office staff.
• Lead by example to foster a positive image of owners, management, and service providers.
• Assist Management Office with resident communications and relationships; strong English skills; Spanish/Portuguese desirable.
• Maintain common areas in a professional condition and keep equipment accessible and unobstructed.
