Job summary

KW Property Management and Consulting is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily operations at a multi-department property, including Security and Receiving. You will act as the main liaison between the client and KWPM services, ensuring a 5-star level of service with professional conduct.

The role requires strong organizational skills, clear English communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a related position.
• Working knowledge of MS Office Suite.
• Ability to multi-task and manage priorities.
• Excellent communication and listening skills to interact with a diverse, multi-cultural population.
• Must function in a team-oriented environment.
• High School Diploma, Undergraduate Degree or Work Equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations including Security and Receiving.
• Liaise between client and KWPM services & internal staff.
• Develop and update policies and procedures for Security and Receiving.
• Coordinate multi-department staff to deliver gracious, seamless service to residents and guests.
• Lead by example to foster positive relations with owners and staff.
• Support resident communications and relationships with strong English and multilingual capabilities.
• Maintain professional appearance and conduct in all customer interactions.
• Identify opportunities to improve day-to-day procedures and implement changes.
