Job summary

Stonebridge is seeking a Room Attendant in Fenwick Island, DE to maintain guest rooms and public areas to hotel standards. The role supports a welcoming, sanitary environment through cleaning, restocking, and organization of spaces.

Responsibilities include cleaning rooms and corridors, replenishing supplies, and following safety protocols. Flexible schedule and ability to lift up to 25 lbs are required with a focus on high-quality guest service.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and cleaning standards.
• Strong attention to detail to maintain high cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms, hallways, lobbies, and public areas per standards.
• Vacuum carpets, clean upholstery and draperies with approved equipment.
• Empty trash and transport to disposal areas.
• Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
• Replenish linens, towels, toiletries, and room amenities.
• Keep carts and storage areas stocked, clean and organized.
• Use hotel-approved cleaning chemicals and follow safety protocols.
• Sort and store clean linens in designated areas.
• Wash windows, walls, ceilings, and woodwork as needed.
• Disinfect equipment and surfaces with germicides.
• Report damaged items to supervisors and protect guest property.
• Maintain ability to clean designated number of rooms per day.
