Geneva Recreation Center in Geneva, IL is seeking a part-time Customer Service Attendant to answer inquiries, process registrations, and manage payments. You will support membership marketing and maintain up-to-date knowledge of facilities, policies, and services while providing excellent customer service.

The role requires at least 1 year of front-line customer service experience, clerical/cash handling skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 1 year of front-line customer service experience.
• Clerical / Cash handling experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to multitask.
• Excellent customer service skills and computer skills.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification (if not current, certification will be provided).
• Lift and move objects up to 25 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Answer general public inquiries in person, by email, and/or by phone regarding program registration, memberships, facilities, facility rentals, parks, etc.
• Process registrations, memberships, and ticket sales by operating RecTrac and collecting payment.
• Notify participants and members of cancellations, changes, or missed payments.
• Assist with membership marketing and sales; participate in member retention programs.
• Maintain a high level of knowledge of Park District facilities, their location and services, including personnel and their responsibilities.
