Qualifications

• CPR/AED certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Excellent inter-personal and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and maintain a professional demeanor.
• Proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service desk interactions, opening/closing procedures, and registrations.
• Promote memberships and ancillary services including personal training and nutrition.
• Schedule appointments via core software and manage reminders.
• Balance daily sales and cash procedures as part of opening/closing duties.
• Enroll members via contract, explain options, and collect signatures and payments.
• Maintain clear radio communications with other departments.
