Bgparks Buffalo Grove Park District is seeking a dependable part-time Guest Services Representative for the Fitness Center. You will greet members, process check-ins, answer questions, handle registrations and basic transactions during evening and weekend shifts.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Proficient with computers and ability to learn POS software.
• Evening/weekend availability.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and check in members and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
• Provide information regarding memberships, programs, services, policies, and procedures.
• Answer calls and direct to appropriate staff.
• Assist with account questions, billing concerns, and membership matters.
• Assist with registrations for classes and programs; process sales and registrations for memberships and services.
• Maintain confidentiality of member information and account records; ensure accurate documentation.
