Job summary

Pilot Company in the United States is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise store employees and daily operations. The ideal candidate will deliver excellent customer service, keep facilities well-maintained, and assist managers with tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Starting pay between $15.70 and $23.33 per hour, with opportunities to grow in a fast-paced retail environment under PFJ's commitment to quality and customer service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience or working knowledge of retail operations.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to maintain a customer-focused culture.
• Proficient with a calculator, computer, and other equipment.
• Ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels from hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives.
• Flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
• Background check is required.

Responsibilities

• Shift Leaders are responsible for supervising employees and general operations of the store.
• Self-motivated and ready to assist the managers with any tasks that need to be executed to keep our facilities well-maintained and running smoothly.
• This person would be knowledgeable of store operations and PFJ's commitment to quality and customer service.
