Pilot Company is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise store operations and deliver strong customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. You will assist managers, maintain facilities, and ensure PFJ's commitment to quality and service across shifts.

The role offers a starting pay range of $15.70 to $23.33 per hour, with weekly pay, fuel discounts, and a broad benefits package including health and retirement options.

Qualifications

• Previous experience or working knowledge of retail operations.
• Incredible customer service skills and the ability to help maintain a customer focused culture.
• Must be proficient with a calculator, computer, and other equipment.
• Ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels from hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
• Background check is required.
