European Wax Center in Hillside, IL is seeking a Center Manager to oversee daily operations at our Hillside location. You will lead a team of Guest Service Associates and Licensed Wax Specialists, drive sales performance, manage scheduling and inventory, and ensure guest satisfaction with operational excellence.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of retail sales management or spa leadership, a strong sales background, and proven ability to coach and motivate a team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail sales management or spa/salon leadership.
• Strong sales background preferred.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Experience managing multiple direct reports.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Sales-driven with focus on customer service excellence.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Guest Service Associates and Licensed Wax Specialists
• Drive center performance through sales goals, membership growth, and guest retention
• Oversee scheduling, inventory, payroll, and daily operations
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and brand standards
• Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care
• Learn and develop a deep understanding of KPI's and speak to financial acumen
