The candidate will manage shifts, assist with nightly audits when needed, and maintain high service standards across all guest interactions. Marriott systems and LightSpeed experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in hotel front office, preferably in a full-service property, in a lead or supervisory role.
• Experience with Marriott systems and LightSpeed is highly preferred.
• Strong customer-service and conflict-resolution abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist Front Office Manager in managing daily operations and guest arrivals/departures.
• Greet guests and provide accurate information on outlets and local attractions.
• Oversee check-in/check-out processes and code electronic keys.
• Handle cash, verify credit cards, balance house bank, and post charges.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve issues with timely, courteous actions.
• Supervise staff, communicate expectations, and ensure compliance with policies.
