Job summary

Transcend Creative Group is seeking a Guest Services Supervisor to oversee guest check-in, merchandise inventory, and on-site catering coordination. You will ensure a positive guest experience and collaborate with multiple teams to run the program smoothly.

The ideal candidate will have hospitality experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage dietary restrictions and weekend/evening shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Minimum 1 year of hospitality/customer service experience
• Proficient with MS Office, Excel, and Google Docs
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license
• Ability to read, write and speak English fluently
• Proficiency in reading and writing instructions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be detail-oriented and timely
• Hospitality driven, enthusiastic, organized, and reliable
• Weekend and evening availability may be required

Responsibilities

• Manage proper check-in of all guests
• Ensure all necessary documents and paperwork are completed
• Communicate pertinent information to Lead Trail Guide and Trail Guides
• Replenish inventory of registration supplies and mercantile
• Encourage guests to purchase souvenirs and videos
• Assist the Trail Support in the store
• Coordinate with catering team for daily counts and dietary restrictions
• Coordinate with local talent agency for evening campfires
• Coordinate with shuttle staff for safe, timely handoffs of attendees
• Oversee Trail Support when under supervision
• Other duties as assigned
