Legends Global is seeking a Catering / Special Events Supervisor to oversee catered events, banquets, and special functions. You will coordinate logistics with multiple departments, supervise event staff, and ensure exceptional service while maintaining food safety and company standards.

Lead pre-event planning, oversee setup and breakdown, and respond to guest or client requests with professionalism. This role requires energy, leadership, and a commitment to hospitality excellence.

Formación

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Some college coursework in hospitality, event management, business administration.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee planning, setup, execution, and breakdown of catered events, banquets, receptions, and special functions.
• Coordinate movement, setup, and return of equipment, furniture, beverages, and event supplies.
• Serve as primary operational contact during assigned events and respond promptly to guest, client, and event coordinator requests.
• Monitor event operations to ensure service quality, cleanliness, organization, and adherence to standards.
• Partner with Catering, Culinary, Stewarding, Facilities, Security, and other departments for seamless execution.
• Attend required meetings, trainings, and event briefings.
