Job summary

Arkansas Museum of Fine Arts is seeking a Part-Time Guest Services Associate to welcome visitors and process admissions for performances and events. You will handle registrations, ticket sales, and memberships while delivering friendly, informed assistance in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires enthusiasm, strong communication, and proficiency with Tessitura; a flexible schedule including nights and weekends is expected. This position reports to the Manager of Guest Services.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a customer service-oriented field preferred.
• Experience with Tessitura ticketing system preferred.
• Ability to be punctual and adhere to scheduled hours.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for guest interactions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests, process admissions for performances and events.
• Handle program and class registrations and membership sales.
• Promote and sell memberships; provide concierge-like information.
• Maintain accurate time records and attendance procedures.
• Work at least two nights a week and weekends.
• Attend staff meetings and assist with special events.
