Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly with a warm welcome.
• Assess dining room and reservations to seat guests appropriately.
• Manage waiting list during high traffic with accurate wait times.
• Answer phone calls, handle reservations and inquiries about menu/dining options.
• Take to-go orders over the phone and maintain service quality.
• Retain tips from to-go orders placed by phone interactions.
• Coordinate with service staff to ensure smooth transitions from arrival to seating.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and entryway.
• Provide menus and inform guests of specials before seating.
• Assist in setting up dining area at start of shift and assist with cleaning and rearrangements as needed.
