Job summary

Compass Group USA at the Arkansas Museum of Fine Art in Little Rock, AR is seeking a part-time WAITER/W AITRESS to take food and beverage orders and deliver items to dining room guests. Schedule: Tuesday through Sunday, 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, or Wednesday through Friday, 3:45 PM to 9:00 PM.

This role requires greeting guests warmly, following steps of service, delivering promptly, maintaining sanitation, handling cash, and coordinating with back-of-house staff.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and take/serve food and beverages following established steps of service.
• Deliver items promptly, maintain sanitation/SOPs, and assist with guest requests.
• Provide knowledge of menu items and allergens; advise on pairings when asked.
• Coordinate with back-of-house staff to ensure correct orders and special requests.
• Handle tickets and follow proper cash-handling procedures; maintain a clean dining area.
