Qualifications

• 12 months of event planning and execution preferred.
• Cash handling experience with strong math skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary customer service to visitors, members, and rental clients at the front desk.
• Promote admissions, memberships, and event rentals with up-to-date knowledge.
• Process onsite payments for outdoor photography sessions and issue receipts.
• Opens and closes cash registers, including counting money and separating slips.
• Coordinates with clients, vendors, and museum staff during rentals.
• Ensures rental spaces are clean and sanitized before and after events.
