Job summary

Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art is seeking a Seasonal Retail Associate to welcome guests and deliver exceptional service on the sales floor, including guest engagement, selling, styling, cash wrap, restocking, and shopkeeping.

Flexibility for daytime/evening/weekend shifts is required, with opportunities to learn about current exhibitions. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred; a positive, friendly attitude and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Professional verbal communication skills.
• Excellent writing and analytical skills.
• Minimum of 1 year of related experience in a customer service–oriented field.
• Previous experience in a retail environment.
