Qualifications

• Experience in front-end guest service and cash handling.
• Ability to perform multiple front-end tasks with accuracy.
• Familiar with money orders, Western Union, and basic store services.

Responsibilities

• Provide remarkable guest service at the front-end and guest service counter.
• Perform cashiering, bagging, and operation of payment and postal machinery.
• Support store operations with returns, coupon refunds, and exchanges as needed.
• Assist guests with questions and act as backup for the Guest Service Manager when unavailable.
