Qualifications

• Assist guests with returns, overcharges, and coupon refunds.
• Maintain accuracy in transactions and audits.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a “Say Yes to the Guest” attitude with excellent service.
• Perform front-end duties including cashiering, bagging, and using payment machines.
• Assist guests with returns, price adjustments, and refunds.
• Conduct cashier accuracy audits and report issues to management.
• Provide backup support to Guest Service staff as needed.
