Qualifications

• Handle returns, coupon refunds, and exchanges with accuracy.
• Perform cashier accuracy audits and report issues to management.
• Provide backup support across Guest Services, cashiering, and related duties.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a Say Yes to the Guest attitude.
• Execute front-end tasks such as cashiering, bagging, and money order processing.
• Assist guests with returns, overcharges, and refunds.
• Conduct cashier accuracy audits and escalate problems.
• Back up Guest Service Manager in their absence.
