• Maintain a Say Yes to the Guest attitude by providing remarkable guest service.
• Perform front-end functions including cashiering, bagging, money orders, postal duties, and related transactions.
• Assist guests with returns, overrings, and overcharges.
• Conduct cashier accuracy audits and report issues to management.
• Provide backup to Guest Service Manager in their absence.
