Responsibilities

• Maintain a 'Say Yes to the Guest' attitude by providing remarkable guest service.
• Perform front-end functions including cashiering, bagging, and handling money orders, Western Union, and postal services.
• Assist guests with returns, overcharges, and coupon refunds.
• Conduct cashier accuracy audits and report issues to management.
• Provide backup to Guest Service Manager in their absence.
