Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise front desk operations to ensure quality service.
• Train and coach front desk team; resolve issues promptly.
• Greet guests and register/check-in/check-out; promote programs.
• Maintain house bank; process payments and deposits daily.
• Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and local information.
• Respond to and resolve guest complaints promptly.
• Communicate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Uphold company policies and SOPs.
