Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word/Excel).
• Exposure to hotel sales software (OPERA/CI-TY) is a plus.
• Genuine interest in hospitality and guest service.
• Collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
• Experience with major hotel brands is advantageous.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Detail and deliver complete service for other Sales Managers.
• Provide warm, knowledgeable service to reassure guests.
• Solicit, negotiate, and secure new and repeat business.
• Plan, upsell, and detail meetings/functions with clients.
• Coordinate with hotel departments and ensure quality delivery.
• Prepare status and period-end sales reports.
• Travel locally as required for sales calls.
