Job summary

You will follow Baywood Brand standards, monitor guest safety and privacy, coordinate with housekeeping and other departments, upsell services when appropriate, and contribute to a memorable guest experience through professional communication and efficient service throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• High School diploma.
• TIPS or similar alcohol server training certification as required.
• 2+ years of front desk or customer service experience, or on-the-job training may substitute for actual front desk experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide courteous service.
• Register guests at check-in and process payments.
• Post charges to guest and master accounts.
• Review balances and secure payment.
• Coordinate with departments to fulfill guest requests.
• Upsell services to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Maintain cash drawer and handle financial transactions.
• Adhere to brand standards and privacy policies.
