Baywood Hotels is seeking a Front Desk professional to provide warm, efficient check‑in/out experiences while maintaining accurate guest accounts and brand standards. You will greet guests, manage reservations, handle payments, and coordinate service delivery with housekeeping and other departments.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• TIPS or similar alcohol server certification may be required.
• 2+ years in customer service or front desk experience preferred; on‑the‑job training may substitute.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide courteous service.
• Register guests and process check‑in/check‑out with secure payments.
• Post charges to guest accounts and balance accounts.
• Reconcile discrepancies between PMS and reports.
• Review arrivals, special requests, and extensions or rebookings.
• Handle guest requests and coordinate with other departments.
• Upsell and promote marketing programs and hotel services.
• Maintain cash drawer and handle basic financial procedures.
