Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Hotel experience is preferred.
• Good calculator skills for moderately complex math.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly welcome and assist with arrival/departure.
• Complete registration using computer systems; confirm guest details.
• Code electronic keys and prepare welcome folders with keys and vouchers.
• Verify and imprint credit cards; handle payments and vouchers.
• Post charges to guest accounts and balance the house bank.
• Answer phones promptly and relay messages to guests.
• Close accounts at check-out and resolve guest concerns or complaints.
