HEI Hotels and Resorts is seeking a Front Desk Associate at Tapatio Springs Hill Country Resort in Boerne, TX. You will assist guests with arrival and departure, manage registrations, process payments, and provide accurate information about hours and local attractions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Hotel or front desk experience preferred.
• Strong communication and guest service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, sincere welcome and assist with arrival and departure.
• Complete registration by inputting data, confirming guests and rates.
• Code electronic keys and prepare welcome materials for guests.
• Verify and imprint credit cards, handle payments, and post charges.
• Answer phones promptly and relay messages to guests and team members.
• Close accounts at checkout, resolve guest issues, and document feedback.
• Remain calm during busy periods and emergencies, maintaining safety and service.
• Attend regularly and perform additional duties as assigned.
