HEI Hotels and Resorts seeks dedicated hospitality staff to provide exceptional guest service at our Texas resort. You will learn and perform serving duties, ensure station readiness, explain specials, and input orders accurately into the POS system.

Qualifications

• Must have basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service standards, guest relations and etiquette.
• Knowledge of table settings, service ware and menu items.
• Ability to promote menu items and communicate with guests.
• Ability to lift and carry trays up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Check station for setup and cleanliness.
• Greet guests and explain specials.
• Record and input orders into POS.
• Deliver orders with condiments.
• Uphold beverage service regulations.
• Present checked and accurate bills.
• Attend regularly and show up as scheduled.
