Job summary

The role requires excellent communication, strong guest service skills, and the ability to handle cash and payments accurately, while maintaining a calm, helpful demeanor during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel front desk or guest services preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to handle cash and perform basic financial transactions.
• Ability to remain calm and solve guest issues efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, professional welcome.
• Assist guests during check-in/check-out using the computer system.
• Promote HEI Hotels and Resorts and brand programs.
• Handle cash, vouchers, and payments accurately.
• Provide information on local attractions and hotel services.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve issues promptly.
