Job summary

Esplanade at Starling in Punta Gorda, FL is seeking a Full-Time Resort Concierge to greet Members, assist with inquiries, and coordinate member programs. You will support the Lifestyle Manager in planning events, fitness classes, and social activities that enhance the community experience.

Qualifications

• Hospitality or concierge experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office applications including Publisher, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Greet Members and guests and assist with inquiries.
• Coordinate event set-ups and promote programs.
• Prepare routine reports and correspondence.
• Schedule and promote lifestyle and social activities and events.
• Maintain a safe, welcoming environment for Members and staff.
• Assist Lifestyle Manager with events and calendar of activities.
