Job summary

Columbia Hospitality's Salish Lodge & Spa seeks a Front Desk Agent to manage guest check-in/out, resolve issues, and support the Front Office team. You will handle room credits, keys, and guest requests with a focus on memorable experiences.

Ideal candidates have hospitality or customer service experience, know POS systems, and communicate clearly. This on-site role offers comprehensive perks and opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Previous experience in cash handling & computerized Point of Sale system preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest check-in and check-out efficiently following hotel procedures.
• Know and use the property management system (PMS) confidently.
• Operate PBX and paging system per procedures.
• Issue room keys and brief guests on services and hotel areas.
• Resolve guest issues with discretion and escalate when needed.
• Make restaurant, transportation, and activity reservations for guests.
