Qualifications

• Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Previous experience in cash handling & computerized POS system preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest check-in and checkout per hotel procedures.
• Operate the property management system and PBX/radio paging.
• Issue room keys, establish guest credits and explain services.
