Responsibilities

• Operate front desk and assist guests with inquiries from pre-arrival to checkout.
• Provide exceptional guest service and warmly welcome all guests.
• Maintain lobby and front desk area neat; adhere to brand standards and key controls.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping to track room readiness and guest requests.
