Responsibilities

• Greeting and directing residents, guests, and invitees.
• Monitoring and controlling access to the building.
• Handling deliveries and packages.
• Welcoming residents, greeters, and service providers; signing in/out guests.
• Monitoring the fire alarm emergency system.
• Resolving and following up on complaints and issues.
• Maintaining daily records and forms.
• Following safety procedures and maintaining a safe work environment.
• Other duties as needed.
