Job summary

FirstService Residential seeks a Front Desk Supervisor to oversee all Front Desk staff, greet residents and guests, and manage access control procedures. The role requires strong communication, customer service, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Applicants should have a high school diploma, 2–3 years of experience, and the ability to handle emergencies and emergencies response. This full-time position offers comprehensive benefits and salary around $22 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two to three years of business experience preferred.
• Command of information system hardware/software preferred.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Multilingual abilities are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and schedule all Front Desk staff for the building.
• Maintain schedules and timesheets for payroll purposes.
• Log and review activity and incident reports with the Manager.
• Provide training for new hires assigned to property.
• Handle vacation and day-off requests for approval.
• Assist investigations and reviews of incidents as needed.
• Support the Property Manager with administrative tasks.
