You'll manage transactions, maintain accuracy under pressure, and contribute to team operations with a friendly, efficient approach. Experience in hospitality and strong English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6+ months experience in a guest service role.
• Ability to work independently with good judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest experiences from check-in to checkout.
• Manage reservations, inquiries, and complaints using Marriott hotel systems.
