• Maintain inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
• Possess solid knowledge of the property management system.
• Resolve guest complaints promptly and courteously.

• Document incidents and shift information with details.
• Maintain professional appearance and demeanor.
• Answer multi-line phones with approved greetings.
• Assist guests with hotel information and upsell where appropriate.
