Job summary

The Gant in Aspen is seeking a Bell Person to provide maximum levels of guest service, van transportation, luggage handling, bell person service, and other designated duties in line with management standards.

Responsibilities include operating vans, assisting guests with activities, maintaining vehicle readiness, following safety procedures, and presenting a neat appearance in provided uniform; English communication required; flexible schedule includes nights and holidays; prior service industry

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Clear English communication; bilingual a plus.
• Flexible schedule including nights, early mornings, weekends and holidays.
• Service industry background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide guest services via van transportation, luggage handling, amenity delivery and bellman tasks.
• Know property hours, local restaurants, activities, and transportation options.
• Keep vans clean and fueled, with gas, oil, and window washer fluid.
• Close pools, hot tubs, and saunas according to season.
• Maintain neat appearance in uniform and nametag.
• Observe parking and driving rules; pay own tickets.
• Follow safety procedures and use Bell Person Training Manual.
