Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; two years guest service experience preferred.
• Two years cash handling experience preferred.
• Strong listener and communicator with ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Sell services and amenities.
• Check in and check out guests.
• Make reservations for rooms and dinner.
• Register guests for activities and provide information about Ranch programs.
• Answer inquiries by phone, letter, or in person.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints within scope; escalate as needed.
• Maintain neat, organized front desk and lobby area.
• Balance cash at the end of each shift.
• Follow safety standards and presentable guest areas.
