Job summary

Raines is seeking a Front Desk Agent to warmly greet guests, manage check-in/out, and handle reservations with accuracy and courtesy at the lobby desk in Georgia.

You will maintain a professional demeanor, resolve guest inquiries and issues promptly, coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance, process payments, and uphold security procedures to ensure a safe, welcoming experience that encourages return visits.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, forward-facing, or guest-related positions.
• Experience in the hospitality industry, hotels, restaurants or similar in various roles preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 or similar computer applications.
• Minimum High school diploma, GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests courteously and check in/out efficiently.
• Answer inquiries and handle hotel reservations.
• Upsell rooms to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments.
• Process payments and manage front desk cash and banking.
• Maintain front desk log and ensure security procedures.
