Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Some college education preferred.
• Experience in customer service or event-related roles is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Greet attendees and provide information with a friendly, helpful attitude.
• Assist with event setup and signage as needed.
• Monitor areas for cleanliness, organization, and safety compliance.
• Answer questions about the event, facilities and amenities.
• Direct guests to seating, restrooms, concessions and exits.
• Address inquiries or issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with staff and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with crowd management to ensure safety and enjoyment.
• Uphold company policies and provide professional service.
