BEST Crowd Management is seeking an Event Services Staff member to deliver exceptional service at events. You will greet attendees, assist with setup, and help maintain a safe, enjoyable environment. The role supports crowd control and requires effective communication in dynamic settings.

Part-time, on-site position with a focus on reliability, punctuality, and teamwork. Prior customer service or hospitality experience is advantageous; flexibility for evenings and weekends is needed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist event attendees with a friendly, helpful demeanor.
• Assist with event set-up, including equipment and signage placement.
• Monitor event areas for cleanliness, order, and policy compliance.
• Answer questions and provide information about the event, facilities, and amenities.
• Direct attendees to seating, restrooms, concessions, and exits.
