BEST Crowd Management in Madison, WI is seeking energetic Guest Services staff to warmly welcome attendees, provide information, guide guests to seating, restrooms, concessions, and exits, and help create a memorable event experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or event-related roles is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by warmly welcoming and assisting event attendees.
• Assist with event set-up, including arranging equipment, signage, and other tasks.
• Monitor event areas for cleanliness, organization, and policy compliance.
• Answer questions and provide information about the event, facilities, and amenities.
• Guide guests to seating areas, restrooms, concessions, and exits.
• Address inquiries, complaints, or issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with event staff, vendors, and team members for smooth operations.
• Assist with crowd management to ensure a safe, enjoyable experience.
